We’re proud to be part of the solution with the launch of a next generation monocyte activation test (MAT) – the NAT-MAT®. It combines the established MAT with modern digital PCR (dPCR) technology and analyses the gene expression the two cytokines (IL-1β and TNFα). The NAT-MAT® enables animal-free, highly accurate and reliable detection of endotoxin and non-endotoxin pyrogens according to Ph. Eur. 2.6.30.
